Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of digital goods and API credits, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased and added to your wallet.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If there was a technical error where you were charged but credits were not added.
  • If duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch.
  • If the service is permanently discontinued by us.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Any remaining credits in your wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable upon cancellation.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team at support@securedesk.in before raising a chargeback.
